Editing

This is where the magic is made! We will carve together the best story possible using the cuts, transitions, lighting, special effects and background noises. This is really our bread and butter and we have a large team of editors who have specific expertise in different platforms including Youtube, Facebook, Snap and most recently, TikTok.

Thumbnail Design + Copy

A good video wont succeed until we give it a thumbnail and tagline that really captures the viewers of a page. We build thumbnails and taglines to capture attention and meta data to broadcast your video via the algorithm to the audience who would most likely like to see it.

A/B Testing and Publish

When we are ready with the video we may run A/B tests to gauge how interested the audience may be in different tag lines and thumbnails before publishing. This depends on the platform, but we always try to check our work before we publish!

Data Analytics

Video Level Performance

Have a team that obsesses over each video. We look all the metrics we can (including retention curves, CTR, and more) to understand why the video performed the way it did. The goal is to apply the lessons to future videos, so as to overperform.

Channel Level Data

Sometimes, videos and channels are on different paths. Videos may be performing well, but the channel itself isnt growing. In this case, we look at the channel level data – why are people not subscribing as they should, why are the CPMs lower than category average, what can we do to grow the channel more – are some of the questions we ask.

Data Strategy

Let’s face it – being a content creator and a data analytics experts are not exactly overlapping skills. By partnering with us, you don’t have to worry about the data analytics – as we do the heavy lifting for you. Every week, month or quarter (depending on the type of strategy being discussed) we present a hypothesis of the story we believe the data is telling us, and use it to guide channel strategy.

Depending on which platform you’re on, we can go through your channel to find videos that would do well on other platforms. Next, we re-edit those videos and re-purpose them for other platforms so as to have an entire asset library ready to grow a new channel.

Convert new videos to Multi-Platform

You just went through the hard part of making that perfect video. Great, now send it to us, so we can size them and format them for every platform out there. From the one footage you send us, we can create one or more videos for every platform out there which includes YouTube, Facebook, Snap and TikTok. When converting between long form and short form content, we fix the size and formatting based on the platform requirements, and also the nature of each audiences. No one knows the intricacies of how videos should be edited to work on Facebook vs Snap vs YouTube better than us!

Snap Show

Creating a show on Snap isn’t just every other channel. It requires a pitch to Snap and has an approval process. The upside is that there is a complete audience ready on the other side that does not require you to build one from scratch. Not to mention a strong monetization potential.
